Month one is spent learning, understanding, and mastering the protocols and processes – habit forming. This month will be challenging, frustrating, and rewarding.
Month two, we start settling into a routine, learning the physique, and seeing tangible visible and emotional progress. We begin to chip away at the habits, triggers, and ingrained habits that got you here.
Month three, we start clicking into auto pilot mode. You become comfortable with executing your training and nutrition protocol and working through self sabotaging triggers.
This is when the magic begins.
Those first few months are crucial to your journey, but the true transformation occurs after around 6 months of committed, unshakeable work when these changes become ingrained as part of you.
We're working to reprogram your habits and lifelong cycles and that takes time. Remember - those habits took time to develop so they'll take time to change.
But once those changes click, it'll be a life changer.

I’m Laura Micetich — The Iron Giantess — a transformation coach who blends fitness, nutrition, and mindset into one honest, human, sustainable approach to change.
For most of my life, my weight ruled everything. I bounced between crash diets, extreme plans, and “this time will be different” promises that never lasted. I was always chasing a finish line that only moved further away, waiting for the day I’d magically wake up disciplined, confident, and healthy.
Eventually, I stopped chasing. I stopped looking for a miracle.
I just wanted to feel better.
So I gave myself one goal: take care of myself for 30 days. Not perfectly — just consistently. Eat with intention. Move my body. Sleep. Show up the best I could with what I had. Those 30 days cracked something open in me.
They pulled my focus out of the future and into the next 24 hours. One choice. One moment of honesty. One act of self-respect at a time. And when I stopped trying to earn self-care and simply started giving it to myself, everything shifted. My habits softened, my mindset expanded, and my body began to change with me instead of against me.
That shift carried me through a 170-pound transformation and straight into my purpose.
For the last twelve years, I’ve lived this journey from the inside out — and since 2018, I’ve coached others through it too. I trained at Gold’s Gym Venice, mentored under a Mr. Olympia–winning coach, and became a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and transformation specialist. But the deeper I went, the clearer it became: weight loss alone is never the whole story.
Most people aren’t just battling habits — they’re battling themselves. Binge eating. All-or-nothing thinking. Limiting beliefs. Self-sabotage. I’ve been in all of those trenches.
And that’s why my philosophy is simple:
True transformation isn’t punishment.
It’s nervous system regulation.
It’s self-compassion.
It’s showing up today — not someday.
Mind, body, and emotions working together, not at war.
My coaching blends lived experience with science-backed strategy: movement that builds strength, nutrition that actually nourishes, and mindset work that rewires the stories that keep you stuck. I help people rebuild trust with their bodies, anchor themselves in the present, and create change that lasts because it’s built on care — not fear.
